Tenacity Consultancy has successfully completed the following major projects:
RSL Registrations- TUPE staff from the Housing Action Trust (HAT) and assisted in the creation of a new RSL Hillside Housing Trust which was later registered with the Housing Corporation.
IT Project- Managed a major IT migration project migrating Hillside Housing Trust from the Orchard IT system to the I World IT system.
SMT Strategy Planning - Planned and facilitated a SMT Awayday, devising the 2008 Action plan .Commencied a review of customer care standards within the organization along with reviewing the Health & Safety standards within the organisation.
Performance Management- Improved the performance monitoring of an RSL by setting up a new performance monitoring framework within the organisation, designed new 1-1 forms which linked directly into the competencies and 3 year business plan.
KLOES Action planning : Organised presentations and training sessions the organisation. Linked KLOE into the process and procedures of the housing and repairs section. Drafted KLOE action plans for departments and commenced a round of customer care training for staff and new methods of tenant’s involvement e.g. Older person forum.
Resident Ballot- Project managed and successfully won the 2007 Tenants Choice ballot on the Stonebridge estate by a 71% majority tenant vote.
Resident Involvement -Managed a major tenant consultation an communication ballot campaign on the Stonebridge Estate using: a major home visits campaign, newsletters, leaflets and resident meetings along with radio interviews on LifeFM the local community radio.
Relocation- Planned and managed a major relocation program involving 150 members of staff from five different locations to a new Regional Office and completed the relocation to agreed timescales and costs.
Restructured and merger project- merged two Area Offices into a new Regional structure. Restructured the maintenance, Housing Supported Housing and Office Management departments.
