Repairs and Maintenance: Tenacity introduced a monitoring system to collect stats and analysis for all works orders on a rolling monthly program. This highlighted ways to make budgetary saving. Started a contractor performance review programme meeting with contractors to discuss: performance issues, complaints, and train them on the KLOE requirements and then setting up a communications and monitoring program with them. Introduced new satisfaction slips. Processed mapped the void process and commenced rewriting the voids procedures.
KLOES: Organised presentations and training sessions for all managers and staff. Drafted KLOE action plans for the various departments and commenced a round of customer care training for staff.
Performance monitoring: Setup a new performance monitoring framework within the organisation, designing a new 1-1 form which linked directly into the organisational targets and competencies.
